When you send an inquiry

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. If you arrive from a package or trip-planning link, the trip details are added to the message so you can review and edit them before sending.

These details help Dream Lounge Travel and Tours respond to your inquiry and discuss the travel arrangements you request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to travel updates or confirm a booking.

When you request travel updates

The newsletter form collects your email address and records that you subscribed through the homepage. This is used for the travel updates you request. After a successful subscription, the website may remember that you subscribed in your browser's local storage.

To ask us to stop sending updates, email dreamloungeph@gmail.com using the email address you subscribed with.

Website services and external links

Form submissions are stored through Supabase, the hosted database service used by this website. The site also loads some fonts, images, and interface resources from external providers. Those providers receive the network information needed to deliver their content, such as your IP address.

The Contact page includes a Google map. Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, TikTok, and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. Information you share there is handled through those services.

Share what is needed for your inquiry

A destination, preferred dates, and number of travelers are a useful starting point. Please keep passport scans, payment-card details, and other sensitive documents out of the general inquiry form. Our team can discuss the appropriate next steps if a booking requires additional documents.
